- To qualify for this contest, you must be a WildTV Subscriber by December 31, 2010 and provide a valid Carrier and Account #.
- ELIGIBILITY. Employees of Wild TV, The Cult Movie Network, Kohler Beer and their affiliated companies, sales agencies, suppliers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, public relations agencies and their immediate family and household members are ineligible. Eligibility for the HUNTFEST Ultimate Getaway for the Wild TV Hunting Regulations Contest is restricted to legal residents of Alberta only who are 18 years of age or older on date of entry. No mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. Use of automatic devices for entry is not valid. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an internet/online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the email account. By entering this Promotion, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. - Prize must be accepted as awarded. Non-transferable. No purchase necessary. No substitutions or exchanges will be allowed.
- Sponsors and their employees, and immediate families of are not eligible to enter.
- Wild TV, The Cult Movie Network, Kohler Beer and each of their respective affiliates and their advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible for any late, lost, damaged, delayed, incomplete, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. The contest sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this contest if, in its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason (such as tampering) the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, printing or distribution errors, or any other causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the contest. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in these contest rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants after the contest closing date to award the prize.
- Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using his/her prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutes.
- The winner will be required to sign a release form confirming acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing Wild TV, The Cult Movie Network, Kohler Beer, and their respective affiliates from any liability relating to the winner's prize.
- By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their names and/or photographs for publicity purposes without compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet.
